Business Development Planning

Offered as a best practices approach in developing a 12-24 month plan to direct resources in achieving organizational and company growth and accountability, a business plan is completed with members of the executive team.  This “living document” can be integrated into the daily workflow to increase communication, focus resources, and prioritize activities to achieve the measurable results for organizational/company growth and sustainability.

Fundraising/Revenue Streams Assessment and Planning

A comprehensive review of current plans and activities that drive revenue is completed. A new 12-24 month fundraising plan is developed with strategies for implementation with measurable results.

Strategic Thinking Partnerships

Hourly sessions, in blocks of six, are offered to C-Suite employees or Board Presidents. One of our leaders serves as a coach, sounding board, professional development advocate and strategic thinking partner.  Intended to build strength on the bench, these partnerships are invaluable tools for enhancing communication, driving consensus and establishing a framework for achieving company goals.

Personnel Evaluations

Utilizing a best practices approach to Human Service reviews and employee development, our approach can be designed for all employees, C-Suite senior executives, or for the nonprofit CEO who needs assistance with a more formal process with the Board of Directors for the required annual review.
