With depth of experience in planning and execution, Scarafiotti Consulting will formalize a comprehensive 3-5 year plan to align your organization for future success and viability. Board Governance

Boards of Directors continue to serve the most critical role in the life of an organization.  They are the most visible, accountable and consistent group of volunteers that serve.  They set policy and assure financial sustainability.  Their leadership and knowledge are critical components of the success of an organization.  We provide a wide array of Board training and development services. Our services include board identification, recruitment and orientation, board evaluation, CEO evaluation, crisis management and succession planning.

ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT

Our formal assessment reviews the current workflow, practices and procedures while assessing both the company culture and “life cycle” status. An inventory is made to ensure legal, financial and regulatory compliance, including identifying where there are gaps and what is in need of review and update. Additionally, our assessment helps identify emerging crisis points both in human resource and financial resource areas.  The final report can be utilized for strategic direction, business development, and restructuring opportunities.
